Frequently Asked Questions and Rental Rules

Question How long is my rental?

Your equipment will be set up and ready for the full duration of your rental. Typically, we arrive 1-4 hours prior to the rental to set up. However, times vary depending on our schedule and the setup time of your event. We will contact you a couple days before to confirm your rental and delivery time. Our rental prices are for ALL DAY. If you would like to keep a second day (ALL DAY) you can for 50% of the price.

Question What are the rental hours?

We can accommodate any type of event, regardless of the hours! Our normal deliveries start at 7am and pickup as late as 8:30pm.

Question Does the price include delivery and pickup?

In most cases yes. Blairsville, Hiawassee, Young Harris, Murphy, Hayesville, Andrews, Warne, and Brasstown it is included. Outside of those areas there may be a delivery fee.

Question We’ve rented some really dirty inflatables from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

No, they never should be dirty! We clean and disinfect after every rental!

Question Do you require a deposit and what if we need to cancel?

No, we do not require a deposit. If you need to cancel, we do not charge a cancellation fee. But once we setup, the payment is due in full.

Question What surfaces do you setup on?

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), indoors, asphalt, packed gravel and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on sand or any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl of the inflatables.

Question Are inflatables safe?

Yes, they are designed with safety in mind! They are made from a fire-retardant material with safety netting all around. We will come out and go over a safety checklist with you, so you understand how to use the equipment and become the operator. If you follow the rules provided, they are very safe. All inflatables will be staked into the ground for safety. If the inflatable will be set up on concrete, please make sure to let us know ahead of time so we can provide sandbags to secure the inflatable.

Question Are you insured and can you provide a copy of your insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a copy of the insurance policy upon request. Aerojump INC is not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or to any persons using the leased units or equipment or to any damage to personal property. A waiver must be signed at all rentals. The lessee or using party shall be in charge of operation after receiving each unit.

Question What about electricity?

Electricity is required to power most of the equipment. If renting more than one piece of equipment, you may need several outlets on different circuits. If you do not have power available, we offer generator rentals as well. All rentals must be within 125 feet of an outlet, and we provide the extension cords.

 

Rental Rules

REQUIRED ⚠️ At least one (1) adult over the age of 18 supervising the inflatable while in use.

REQUIRED ⚠️ Area for bounce house installation/setup within 100 feet of an adequate power outlet. If power is not within 100 feet, we can provide you with an extra power cord. No household power cords are permitted. Electricity degrades over distance, so it is critical to remain reasonably close to a power source to ensure proper inflation.

REQUIRED ⚠️ Any and all obstacles must be cleared of area of setup.

NOT PERMITTED ❌ Silly String, Pens, Sharpies, Markers, Crayons, Baby Oil, Soap, Belt Buckles, Sharp Objects, Shoes, Drinks, Candy, Gum, Lollipops, or Balloons. Failure to comply will result in significant charges to be paid by the renter.

NOT PERMITTED ❌ Pets. Nails can cause extensive damage to inflatables such as stains, scratches, holes, or punctures.

NOT PERMITTED ❌ Water on a dry-only inflatable. This could cause serious injuries as some inflatables are not designed to be used wet. Water units will be clearly marked on our website.

RECOMMENDED ✅ Adhere to the capacity allowed at a time on the inflatable. If too many people are in the inflatable at one time, the inflatable may become ‘soft’ or potentially damage the inflatable.

RECOMMENDED ✅ Read over the safety checklist provided as it touches on essential details details.

RECOMMENDED ✅ Be prepared for team to pickup inflatables as late as 9:30PM. Do not be frightened to see our staff walking around your home in the late evening. Feel free to ask our customer service team or delivery driver what the pickup window is planned to be.

 

Things To Do Before We Arrive

  1. Remove any and all pet waste from the path the truck will park to the setup and around   the inflatable.
  2. Let us know of any changes such as tiedown (stakes or sandbags), addressevent times, etc.
  3. Arrange an adult over the age of 18 to direct our staff to the setup location and approve the setup. Please note that the inflatable cannot be moved after the location is determined.
  4. Measure the area where the inflatable will be set up. This also includes height! Some yards have low-hanging tree limbs and/or power cords that can get in the way and damage the inflatable.
